Supported by the National Farmers Union, I’ve been visiting local farmers to view first-hand the challenges faced by our rural communities. From flooding to poor transportation infrastructure, I understand the concerns faced within this critical £127 billion sector. To support our farmers and rural communities, I will continue to campaign to secure funding to reinstate our Burscough Curves and Green Lane Link, improving rural transportation and connectivity, while working with local communities to find a permanent solution to our flooding problems.
